Right nutrition is needed for a better life. Diseases like colds, flu, cough etc. are common diseases. Having a good health will prevent us from having diseases. Enough exercise, enough rest and eating nutritious foods can help us on having a healthy life.
Fruits and vegetable are nutritious, it can give us lots of vitamins, minerals and lots of nutrients. We should eat this fruits and vegetables to prevent illnesses.
